These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase and use of digital products sold through the online store at aitention.net (the "Store"). By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.
The website aitention.net and its online store are owned and operated by Cleverlab OÜ, a company registered in the Republic of Estonia. All references to "aitention", "we", "us", or "our" in these terms refer to Cleverlab OÜ.
"Digital Products" means all digital content sold through the Store, including but not limited to AI prompt templates, Notion templates, guides, playbooks, courses, and other downloadable or digitally delivered content.
"Buyer" or "you" means any natural or legal person who places an order through the Store.
"Seller", "we", "us", or "aitention" means Cleverlab OÜ, the company that owns and operates aitention.net.
All products sold through the Store are digital products delivered electronically. No physical goods are shipped.
Prices are displayed in euros (EUR) and include all applicable taxes (including Estonian VAT) unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
Product descriptions, included materials, and usage instructions are provided on each product page. We make every effort to describe our products accurately. If you find any discrepancies, please contact us before purchasing.
To place an order, add the desired products to your cart and follow the checkout process. A contract between you and Cleverlab OÜ is formed when you receive an order confirmation by email.
We accept payments through the payment methods displayed at checkout. All payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers. We do not store your payment card details.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Your payment card details are handled entirely by Stripe and are never stored on our servers. Stripe's privacy policy applies to the processing of your payment data.
Upon successful payment, you will receive an email with a download link or access instructions for your purchased digital product. Delivery is immediate or within a few minutes of payment confirmation.
Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and the Estonian Law of Obligations Act (VÕS), consumers normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal from distance contracts.
However, in accordance with Article 16(m) of the Consumer Rights Directive and § 56 of the Estonian Law of Obligations Act, the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of digital content which is not supplied on a tangible medium, if the performance has begun with your prior express consent and your acknowledgement that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.
By completing a purchase and initiating the download or gaining access to the digital product, you expressly consent to the immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal.
Before completing your purchase, you will be asked to explicitly confirm this consent during the checkout process.
If the digital product has not yet been downloaded or accessed, and you wish to withdraw, please contact us within 14 days of purchase at aitention@aitention.net. We will review your request in accordance with applicable law.
Upon purchase, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the digital product for your own personal or internal business purposes.
You may not resell, redistribute, publicly share, or make available to third parties any digital product purchased from the Store, whether in its original form or modified, unless expressly permitted in the product description.
You may not claim authorship of our digital products or use them to create a competing product or service.
One purchase equals one licence for one user. If you need a team licence or wish to use the product for multiple users, please contact us.
All digital products, website content, brand elements, and other materials on aitention.net are the intellectual property of Cleverlab OÜ or its licensors and are protected by Estonian and international copyright law, including the Estonian Copyright Act (autoriõiguse seadus).
Purchasing a digital product does not transfer any intellectual property rights to you beyond the limited licence described in Section 6.
We take care to ensure all digital products are accurate, complete, and function as described. If you encounter a technical problem with a product (such as a corrupted file or missing content), please contact us at aitention@aitention.net within 14 days of purchase.
In accordance with Estonian consumer protection law, digital content must conform to the contract. If a product does not conform to its description or is defective, you are entitled to a remedy, which may include a replacement file, correction of the defect, or a refund.
Please note that dissatisfaction with the content or creative direction of a product does not constitute a defect, provided the product matches its description on the Store.
Due to the nature of digital products (instant access upon purchase), we generally do not offer refunds once the digital content has been delivered and accessed.
We will issue a refund in the following circumstances:
— The product is materially different from its description on the Store.
— The product file is defective, corrupted, or inaccessible and we are unable to provide a working replacement.
— You have not yet downloaded or accessed the product and you request a withdrawal within 14 days of purchase.
Refund requests should be sent to aitention@aitention.net with your order number and a description of the issue.
Our digital products are provided for informational and productivity purposes. We do not guarantee specific results from using our templates, guides, or courses.
To the maximum extent permitted by Estonian law, Cleverlab OÜ's total liability for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the price paid for the product in question.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable Estonian or EU law, including liability for intentional harm or gross negligence.
We process your personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Estonian Personal Data Protection Act (isikuandmete kaitse seadus).
When you make a purchase, we collect the information necessary to fulfil your order and comply with legal obligations (such as tax and accounting requirements). This includes your name, email address, and payment information.

You have the right to access, correct, delete, and port your personal data, as well as the right to object to or restrict processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at aitention@aitention.net.
If you have a complaint, please contact us first at aitention@aitention.net. We will do our best to resolve the matter directly.
If we are unable to reach a satisfactory resolution, you may file a complaint with the Estonian Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority (Tarbijakaitse ja Tehnilise Järelevalve Amet):

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia.
Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Estonia, unless mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence provide otherwise.
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence that cannot be derogated from by agreement.
You must be at least 18 years of age to make a purchase on the Store, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our products, business practices, or applicable law. The updated version will be published on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
Changes will not apply retroactively to orders placed before the update. For ongoing services (such as subscriptions), we will notify you of significant changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
